As a child, M. A. Abd Al-Wahab could be found taking apart anything electronic from a remote control to an entire television. He just had to know how everything worked. As he grew older, his friends and family relied on him for help fixing their computers and electronics, and so in 1998, AEISS was born. Since then, M. A. Abd Al-Wahab has devoted his time to assisting customers with all of their technology needs and creating a team of individuals who are dedicated and proud of the work that they do. M. A. Abd Al-Wahab is also very active in the community of AEISS. He is a member of the executive committee of the Young Professionals’ Alliance and the Chairman of the AEISS . In his free time,M. A. Abd Al-Wahab enjoys swimming, cycling, rock climbing .

Responsibility for Technical Services consists of Network infrastructure, including Wide-Area Networking and dial-up connectivity. Also had responsibility for User Services, which consisted of user support, help desk, telephone support, network security, electronic mail and network administration. Developed standards for software deployment on servers and implemented software distribution. Managed the design of LAN/WAN consisting of 10BaseT & 100BaseT, FDDI, Frame-Relay and ATM networks for a large national WAN.

Administrated network consisting of 30 Novell servers and 4 Windows NT servers serving 1500 clients. Firm understanding of IPX/SPX & TCP/IP protocols. Tools: Windows NT 4.0, Novell Server 3.12, Novell Server 4.x.
